About Us | Addis College

Background

Addis College has a rich history rooted in vocational training and technical education. Our journey began with the establishment of the “Addis Technical and Vocational School,” which was later transformed into Addis College. The founder and owner, Ato Takele Teferi Mangudayu, recognized the significance of vocational education from the outset. The school’s humble beginnings near the former Faculty of Technology (now the Addis Ababa Institute of Technology) have evolved into a thriving private higher education institution.

Our mission at Addis College is to provide quality education and prepare our students to excel in a rapidly changing society. We aspire to be one of the leading private colleges in East Africa, focusing on fields such as Engineering, Technology, and Business.
